James U. Notice

Has been with the firm since it was founded and works as of counsel on a full time basis. James obtained his Law Degree from The College of Law at Syracuse University where he also obtained a Masters Degree in Telecommunications and Network Management from The School of Information Studies. James received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Televison and Radio from Ithaca College.

He has extensive experience in Real Estate Law, having worked in the real estate field in the Washington D. C. area for two (2) years as a consultant for BTI Consultants, Inc., a real-estate services and development firm. He handles Real Estate Law, Landlord/Tenant Law including commercial leasing negotiations and residential leasing matters.

He also handles Contract Law, Probate and Administration Law and general litigation cases for the firm. He is a Certified Guardian and Court Evaluator and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
