Alisa Rodríguez Fuentes

Is a founding partner of Rodriguez & Fuentes, P.C., a firm which she has helped her father develop. Ms. Fuentes obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ithaca College with a Concentration in Criminal and Juvenile Justice Studies. Ms. Fuentes went on to obtain her Juris Doctor Degree from Syracuse University College of Law with a Certificate in Family Law and Social Policy.

Ms. Fuentes has been admitted to practice law since September 1998. She worked in the Children? s Rights and Civil Clinic as a Student Attorney for one year gaining trial and advocacy skills prior to graduation from Syracuse University . After graduating from Syracuse , she volunteered as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Lucindo Suarez. Ms. Fuentes then practiced law as a solo practitioner until the establishment of Rodriguez & Fuentes, P.C.

Ms. Fuentes has extensive experience in adoption law not only as a practicing attorney but having worked as an adoption law paralegal prior to law school.

In addition to helping manage the firm, Ms. Fuentes practices law in the areas of Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates, Family Law and Adoption law. She also handles Mental Hygiene Law Article 81 cases as a Certified Guardian and Court Evaluator.
